“I looked for a condo to purchase in Gainesville for the past six months and had a really hard time finding a place that combined all of the elements I found desirable. The first time I looked at the Pace condo, I made an offer. Many of the condos I looked at did not automatically come with the upgrades that were included in the Pace condo. My home inspection revealed that the construction was very high quality and it is easy to see that the quality products were used not only in the cosmetic features, but in the structure as well.
